Welcome to Living Yoga Women’s Yoga Classes! I’m thrilled to invite you to join our empowering and inclusive yoga community. Our classes are designed to be accessible to all women, regardless of their physical fitness level or prior experience with yoga. Whether you’re a seasoned yogi or stepping onto the mat for the very first time, you’ll find a supportive and welcoming environment here. Introducing our instructor Heba! With over a decade of personal practice and more than four years of teaching experience, Heba is a certified 200-hour yoga teacher and a holistic women’s health coach. Heba also holds certifications in yin yoga and yoga massage, bringing a unique blend of skills to each and every class. As a former engineer and a mom of two, she understands the challenges of balancing life and self-care. Heba’s journey into yoga has been one of profound self-discovery, self-care, and self-love, and passionate about guiding other women on their own journeys. Join us in our classes to explore how yoga can help regulate emotions, enhance well-being, and empower you to become the best version of yourself. Together, we’ll create a nurturing and supportive community where every woman feels welcome and inspired.
